Vegan Bites: Dilly Beans with 'Booch

 

Have kombucha vinegar? Use it in place of white vinegar for pickling veggies.

Dilly Beans with 'Booch

~green beans, washed and ends removed

~1/2c kombucha vinegar

~1t salt

~2-3cloves fresh garlic

~fresh dill

~dill seed

Crush the garlic and add to a mason jar, along with fresh dill and dill seed. Add beans standing upright. Stir salt into kombucha vinegar until dissolved. Top with water. Cap and leave on countertop for 2-3 days. Refrigerate.

Stir
