Vegan Bites: Nut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies & Clover Iced Tea

Nut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies
~1.5c flour
~1c sugar
~1t arrowroot powder
~1/4t salt
~chocolate chunks
Mix.
~1c nut butter
~1/4c butter
Combine and add to dry. Add rice milk a little at a time to get a soft not sticky dough.
~1/2c rice milk
Roll into 1" balls and flatten. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool.
We paired the cookies with clover iced tea for Tea & Poetry. Simple gather up red and white clover, de-stem, rinse and cover with boiling water to steep for one hour. Strain and add honey, ice and fresh clover blossoms.
