Vegan Bites: TLT (Crispy Tofu)

Mr & Mrs T shared this recipe with us for crispy tofu steaks and the kids won't eat them any other way!

Crispy Tofu Steaks

~firm tofu, cut into steaks

~olive oil

~s & p

~fresh or powdered garlic

~tapioca starch 

Mix starch, oil and spices. Toss in sliced tofu steaks and gently toss to coat.

Bake until golden and crispy. Add as a side or to your favourite sandwich.
