Vegan Bites: Rosemary Foccacia

 


Rosemary Focaccia (sheet)

~1.5c warm water

~3T olive oil

~1 1/4t sea salt

~3.5c spelt flour

~1T active dry yeast

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Roll in oil hands.

Place dough on oiled parchment and push with fingers until it spreads out to pans edges.

Allow to rise in warm place for one hour. Poke holes gently with finger. Drizzle with olive oil, rosemary and desired spices. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, until golden. Coll slightly and cut.
