Vegan Bites: Edible Pinecones
While the big kids were busy drawing pinecones, the littler one was preparing the edible version. We used Annie's Cinnamon Squares and a recipe for a raw cake base (cashews, dates and cocoa) as the center.
Once you mold a cone of the center, use your cinnamon squares to form concentric rings from base to tip. Add some icing sugar snow for effect (and flavour!)
