Art-chitecture: St Pauls Cathedral

 

 For our final Haig-related assignment, we challenged the big kids to create sketches of St Pauls, as it made mention in The Girl who Saved Christmas, in Amelia Wishhearts hometown of London.

EXPAND ON MATT HAIG LITERATURE STUDY

Elf Time. Elves in Elfhem go by their own system of time, such as 'quarter past Very Early Indeed' but include no numbers.

Types of Pixies. Dream Pixies, Flying Story Pixies. Lie Pixies. Truth Pixies. Pixies abound and they all have special tasks.

Elf Arithmetic. 

Elf Swearing. 'Impossible' for example, is considered swearing in Elfhem.

Tell Elf Home (Telephone). Play a game of Tell Elf Home, the elves first version of a telephone.

Troll Art. Plenty of description about the trolls outside of Elfhem would lend to wonderful art starters.

Elf Bakery. Cloudberry Pie.  Hope Toffee.Gingerbread. Bake some real or imaginary goodies from Elfhems bakery.
