~2c spelt flour

~2t baking powder

~1/2t baking soda, black pepper, coriander, cardamom, salt, ginger

~1t cinnamon

~1/2c crystallized ginger, chopped

Sift dry. Cut in…

Mix…

~3/4c milk

~1/4 coconut sugar

Add wet to dry. Stir just to mix. Transfer to lightly floured surface and fold a few times. Shape into round loaf 7” wide by 1” tall. Cool in fridge. Score deeply into 8 wedges. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 425 until golden.
