Medieval Europe: Simple Machines & Siege Weapons

We've discussed before how all modern machines were based on several simple machines built long ago: screws, rollers, ramps, pulleys, levers...

Then everyone was given a few days to select and create their own version of a siege weapon. When they selected their weapon, we took a deep dive to learn more, so they could develop a similar but unique replica.

With a little trial and error, they were successful; a Lego Battering Ram that knocked down cardboard, a simple silver spoon to catapult food and a miniature wooden Trebuchet to fling coins!
