Vegan Bites: Graham Crackers

 


Graham Crackers

~1c whole wheat flour

~1/4c spelt/all purpose flour

~1/2c coconut/brown sugar

~1/2t baking soda, salt

Process well. Add..

~2T cold coconut oil

~3T cold butter 

Pulse until forms sandy dough. Add...

~2+T honey

~2t blackstrap molasses

Pulse until dough forms between fingers, adding a teaspoon more of honey at a time, if needed.

Cool dough for 1 hour in fridge.

Roll 10x12" rectangle between parchment. Score into squares and prick holes with fork.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Score again while warm. Cool completely.
