Enrichment Activities (Berani)

Throughout the novel, the topic of 'haze' or ultimate boredom was repeated as we learned about the mental dangers of keeping wild animals in captivity. Particularly an animal like an orangutan. There was also mention of enrichment activities to keep brains stimulated. So we went on a search for enrichment games and came across a social worker who creates activities for the elderly.

As we watched several of the activities the kids were keen to get started and knew which ones they would prepare and present. Most included hand-eye co-ordination with balls or beanbags. One of the kids even created a sling shot for trapping flying ping pong balls!
