Vegan Bites: No-bake Nut Bars
We make a lot of bars. They're raw. Packed with protein and fats. Healthy snacks. Easy to whip up.
When we find a goodie, it goes in the books. This is one of those. It;s so good, it needs a better name.
No Bake Nut Bars
1.5c almond flour
1/2c walnuts
1/4c pepitas
1-2c dates
2t nut butter
1/4t salt
Blend nuts and seeds to finer powder. Add dates and nut butter to get the best consistency for packing into pan. Pat and top with melted chocolate, pepitas and hazelnuts.
