Green Ember: Nature Study

 

Continuing with our Green Ember unit, we took a look at the rivaling animals; rabbits against birds of prey. We took a page from https://laramolettiere.com/nature-study-with-the-green-ember/ once more and used this opportunity to mix biology and art for a Nature Study.

The kids had to use our assortment of animal books to learn about rabbit defenses, as well as local birds of prey. After creating some sketches, they included some facts.
