Vegan Bites: Gingery Mango Peach Smoothie (for sickos)

We're drinking (scooping) this thick, Vitamin C rich smoothie, packed with all kinds of pick-me-uppers.

Gingery Mango Peach Smoothie

~2c frozen mango

~1c frozen peach

~grapefruit, juiced

~2-3 oranges/clementines juiced

~1 lemon, juiced

~ginger juice

~1t turmeric

~1t ashwaganda

~plant milk

~maple syrup

Blend fruit, juice, turmeric, ashwaganda. Add milk until desired consistency. Add syrup to lighten the mustiness of turmeric.
