Vegan Bites: Lemon Meringue Pie & Alternate Almond Crust with Chamomile Syrup

Of course, the newly minted fourteen year old was keen to take the torch to the top!

CHAMOMILE SYRUP
~1c maple syrup
~1T dried chamomile flowers
Allow to infuse in the fridge. Use in recipes calling for maple syrup, or on pancakes.

ALTERNATE ALMOND CRUST
~1c oat flour
~1c almond flour
~1/2c sugar
~1/4c coconut oil
~1T chamomile syrup
Blend until it begins to form ball. Pat in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.
