Vegan Bites: Peppermint Patties

 


Peppermint Patties

~1/4c cocoa butter

~1/4c + 1T coconut oil

~2T maple syrup

~drop of peppermint essential oil

Melt butter and oil over low heat. Remove from heat and add syrup and peppermint. Mix well.

Chill 1 hour. Scoop onto parchment, fold parchment over and press into approx. 14 discs. Freeze.

~10oz dark chocolate

~1T coconut oil

In double boiler, melt chocolate and oil. Coat frozen patties and re-freeze.
