Cubby Sliding Stairs
That means books up high are now within reach and the cubby is the latest hang-out!
Miss C took interest in this project. She and Dad worked relentlessly over a couple of weekends to make the ladder to install with the kit. They chose sentimental lumber, as Dad and Grandpa milled the tree from the forest decades ago.
Once it was ready to go, Miss C was the first to set foot in the cubby. Cleaning was step one!
Now she spends tons of time hiding out with paper and pens.
