Vegan Bites: Easy Easter Eggs (packed with plant protein)



Protein-packed egg treats with a healthy dose of dark chocolate. YUM!

~1c almond flour
~3/4c almond butter
~1/4c maple syrup
~pinch salt
Mix until forms a non-sticky dough that holds its shape. Form into little eggs. Freeze.
Poke a skewer through one end and dip in melted chocolate to cover. Cool to harden. Drizzle chocolate over hardened egg.
