Vegan Bites: Green Tea Brown Rice

 


Yes! You read that right!

Green tea in rice! Brilliant way to get in your antioxidants!

Green Tea Brown Rice

~1c brown rice, soak for 4 hours

~2c water

~1 green tea bag

~parsley

~oil

~salt

Soak brown rice. Drain.

Place in pot with 2 cups water, 1 green tea bag, and salt. Bring to a boil. Simmer until water boils out. Toss in oil and freshly chopped parsley.
