Vegan Bites: Coconut Almond (ashwaganda) Joys

 


Coconut Almond Joys

~2c shredded coconut

Grind coconut into fine powder with food processor. Add..

~2T+ maple syrup

~2T coconut oil

~2t ashwagandha powder

~pinch salt

Continue to blend until it forms a dough (adding a splash of extra syrup to help.)

Form into mounds with tablespoon. Press into each mound 1 almond. Freeze.

Melt in double boiler...

~dark chocolate

~nut butter

Pour over each cold mound. Top with flaky sea salt.
