Vegan Bites: Naan (Garlic & Herb)

 


Absolutely delicious!!

~1t sugar

~3/4c warm water

~1t yeast

Dissolve sugar in water. Sprinkle yeast on top. Allow to bloom.

Add to yeast mixture

~2T olive oil

~3T coconut yogurt

Mix dry separately.

~2c spelt flour

~1t salt

~3/4t baking powder

Mix dry and wet together and knead dough until soft and pliable.

Allow to rise for 30 minutes.

Divide into 8 balls. Roll out into oblong shapes.

Warm iron pan. Cook one at a time with a spoon of butter on top.
