Pollinators: Dandelion & Honey Gummies

 

Dandelions are aplenty at the farm in Spring. Once the sun settles in, they are the first sign of colour after the long winter. They are also the first food for bees and other pollinators!

Dandelion & Honey Gummies

~1c dandelion petals

~2c water

~3T agar agar

~pinch turmeric

Boil and simmer until agar agar is dissolved. Remove from heat and strain.

~1/2c honey

~1/4t lemon juice

Pour in molds and refridgerate.
