Bushcraft: Knots (with Macrame & Friendship Bracelets)

 

Learning knots via various methods is made simple with handicraft projects. We selected a Macrame Leaf and a Twisty Friendship Bracelet for the littlest members, while the older kids could up the ante with various designs.

Leaf Macrame has a simple tutorial and set-up. Plus, we used the same beautiful mustard yellow in anticipation of the Fall.

Chinese Staircase/Twisty Friendship Bracelet tutorial is laid out simply. We had one of out older kids give a demo, as they are experts in the knot department!
