Vegan Bites: Hibiscus and Lemon Shortbread

 

Creating flavoured sugar is simple and turns up the notch on simple shortbread. We used the Hibiscus Lemon sugar as a replacement for plain in the recipe, as well as to roll our cookie dough before baking. Natures sprinkles!
